Abstract

The research covers the link among productive activities and human rights, by studying one flagship case in the matter, which is the Minas Gerais case. This analysis was done in the light of the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, delving into its nature and key features, in order to clarify if the actions of the company involved were adjusted to the standards created by the Principles.
