The chilean constitutional problem: Overcome the subsidiary state?

Abstract

Chile is preparing to live a unique moment in its republican history, initiating an unprecedented constitutional process. This text will review the context in which the current Constitution arises and, mainly one of its main neutralization nuclei: the Economic Constitution. Finally, a change in this paradigm is proposed in tune with a social and democratic state of law.
